Sally YEH in Setia Alam
Yup, Setia Alam developer, SP Setia, is organising three Sally YEH concerts in Setia Pearl Island (Penang), Setia Alam (Selangor) and Setia Tropika (Johor). Best of all, the tickets are FREE!Home owners need to just claim their free-seating tickets from the sales office. For the rest, it will be free-standing tickets.
The concert in Setia Alam will be held at the Setia Alam's Central Park on 11th August 2007. There will also be fireworks display. If I remember correctly, myFM DJs Jack and Mei Yan will also be there.
I am so looking forward to this... Will be meeting up with a few SARA forum members on that day. Will also be checking out the progress of my house... Last time I was there, work was being done on the drainage and they have started the paint job...

Setia Alam seems like a very nice place. based on the plans the developer has, it should be really, really good. :)
if u plan to get a place there, i'd advice you to quickly grab a unit. we noticed the new launches have very high price tag... but of course better features too. you can check out the Resident's forum at:

errr... they do have house-buyer-get-house-buyer program. so if you have no actual introducer, i'm more than happy to volunteer. but seriously, if you're looking at SA, do join the forum and ask the members there for pointers and advice.
